Are you looking for a way to get your kids to eat their veggies? Try out our Very Green Smoothie Bowl. You could do it as a drink or as a bowl. It’s all natural with no added sugar and super nutritious and fun. And most of all it’s delicious!
WHAT YOU NEED:
✨1 cup Chobani Vanilla Yogurt or your favorite flavor
✨1/2 cup Chobani Vanilla Oat Milk
✨1/4 cup Mott's Sensibles Apple Juice
✨1/4 cup Jordan's Skinny Syrups Tropical Citrus Mermaid (0cals, 0 sugar)
✨2-3 chunks of frozen spinach
✨2 chunks of frozen kale
✨1/2 ripe frozen banana
✨1 1/2 teaspoon Blue Butterfly Pea Powder (Suncore Foods)
✨For a little extra sweetness 1 Tablespoon honey
WHAT YOU DO:
✨Place all frozen ingredients in bullet or blender
✨Add liquid ingredients
✨Add honey last if using
✨pour in bowl or cup
✨Add fresh banana & your choice of granola (I used Bear Naked Maple Pecan)
